Tour of Gippsland

This afternoon on my walk I came across the finish of the Lakes Oil Tour of Gippsland bike ride.  This was the finish of the stage from Lakes Entrance to Metung via Bruthen, a 70 km stage.

I was amazed at the speed of the riders as they crossed the finish line, nothing like the speed I cycle on the rail trails round Gippsland
