Milun Simpson, 5, won a Lego-run competition to design his own dream bedroom - and now sleeps in an Ewok village every night. It took over 60,000 LEGO bricks to transform the bedroom into the woodland home of the cuddly characters from the blockbuster Return of the Jedi. Complete with a tree house bed, Death Star Lamp and life-size R2D2, the makeover also features a four metre long wall mural featuring a 3D Millennium Falcon spaceship. Back in the day, a boy counted himself lucky if he got a bedspread with the logo of his local football team on it.

However this five-year-old is one lucky little boy – not only has his bedroom been transformed into his favourite scene from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, it’s also made from Lego

Now, Milun Simpson is able to wake up alongside Ewoks from the forest moon of Endor, thanks to four official Lego builders who spent five weeks putting his dream scene together.

Milun, from Hertfordshire, loves his bedroom makeover. He said: ‘This is the most awesome bedroom ever. It’s just like my drawing and I can’t wait to invite my friends over to play.

    • I reckon it would be difficult to keep it tidy Emma. You would be knocking off blocks and having to put them back again. You would probably also want to keep changing the scene within the bedroom. It would be hard to concentrate on homework in a bedroom like that! 🙂
