You can see I am on a bit of a health kick with my non-fiction reading at the moment. This was a small book and a very easy read. I think I am fortunate in that I have not had an I issue with excess weight, just a tummy that is plumper than I would like it to be! This book is ideal for those who want to find a way to eat sensibly. My downfall, I discovered after reading this book, is that I eat far too quickly. I need to learn to slow down my eating process and savour each bite. I am also someone who is a snacker rather than a big meal eater.
This book helps you to discover your eating patterns so you can make a conscious decision to change your pattern if that is what you want to do.
