I usually make our bread in the bread maker but I read about this loaf on Down to Earth, a blog by Rhonda Hetzel. She calls it a five minute loaf and it is so easy to make.
I couldn’t believe how easy it was to do. My first loaf was a white loaf
The inside was just as good as the outside.
The following day I made a loaf using some grain I normally use in the breadmaker I used two cups of white flour and one cup of the grain mix.
I was thrilled with the result and have been using this recipe since. What a discovery. Thank you Rhonda. It really is a very quick bread recipe.
