I have been knitting socks during the cricket and now the rugby. I stopped half way through in order to make some golf club covers but I then went back to the socks.
The wool was a delight to knit with and I think I will use this brand another time.

I enjoy sock knitting while waiting to be asked to do another project or deciding on a project for myself.
I haven’t made a pair of socks since I was in the girl Guides (loooooooong time ago). Those socks are beautiful. I am crocheting premmie cardigans while Ireland attempt to get to the quarter finals.

Loving the rugby. I am crocheting at the moment too. I am using up scraps of wool to make hexagons. Really enjoying the sense of achievement as I finish each hexagon.
Are your premmie cardigans for a particular hospital?
Neonatal Health Alliance of Ireland without which training of staff would not be on the increase, mothers getting extra time with baby in hospital. This group which has developed into an International group coordinate the distribution of premmie clothes blankets and incubator covers to help deaden the sound and reduce the chance of deafness.
