When we were in Scotland on our last holiday there before COVID I bought a piece of Harris tweed. I had no idea what I was going to make from it but my elder daughter made a beautiful bag from the piece of tweed I had given her so I thought I would do the same. The photo is before she had attached the straps.
For some reason I decided to make the large bag and now that it is completed I wish I had chosen the medium size.
C’est la vie.
The lining is material I had left over from something else I had made.
There is an inside pocket and a key fob.
The pattern was Genoa Tote by Blogless Anna.
That bag turned out great!!! I’m off to look at that pattern…
The bag is certainly very easy to make, the only tricky part being the attachment of the leather straps.
