Local wildlife

dragonThis tiny hole in our driveway is the prepared home for the eggs of this lizard.  We had watched the lizard dig the hole gradually over a few days as the ground is fairly solid.

We were lucky enough to be close by when it was time for the lizard to lay her eggs.
